I am required to provide you with certain information. As a distributor of Suncorp Insurance, I can arrange insurance policies on their behalf, but I cannot provide advice. You will receive policy documentation from both Suncorp and us. The insurance is issued by AAI Limited Trading as Suncorp Insurance and you can contact them on 1300 262 813 between 8am – 7pm AEST, 7 days.

The Product Disclosure Statement explains what is and isn’t covered and includes details about your 21 day cooling off period.

The Distributor Disclosure Document details how we may be remunerated, information about Suncorp’s dispute resolution service and how you can contact them if you want to make a complaint.

You should read these documents carefully.
